The comfortable and carefully furnished apartment is located on the ground floor of a family house located in a small village Murine 2 km away from Umag. The strong point of this accommodation is the two complete bathrooms, two air conditioners, the washing machine and a large covered terrace with armchairs and sofa plus a dining table. It is the ideal choice for couples or families with children looking for comfort and tranquillity. The area is quiet. The sea and the bathing facilities can be reached by car in a couple of minutes.
The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed for a child up to 10 years on request, bed linen provided (changed weekly), two bedside tables with night lamps, wardrobe, flat-screen satellite TV, air conditioning and a private bathroom with shower cubicle, washbasin and toilet. The living area has a dining table with 4 chairs, a sofa bed for two people, an air conditioner, flat-screen satellite TV, a wardrobe, and a free Wi-Fi internet connection. From the living area access to the kitchen is equipped with an oven, refrigerator, microwave oven, stove with 4 gas burners, kettle, coffee machine, plates, cutlery, glasses and kitchen utensils, and dining table. From the kitchen access to the second full bathroom equipped with shower cubicle, washing machine, toilet, sink with cabinet and mirror, hairdryer, and two bath towels per person provided (changed weekly). At the entrance of the apartment, there is a large terrace equipped with garden furniture and a table and chairs for enjoying your morning coffee or a glass of Istrian wine in the evening.
In front of the house, there is a covered car park with two parking spaces.
Murine is a small village 2 km away from Umag made up of private houses with fenced gardens. The area is quiet, surrounded by greenery but still close to all the necessary facilities. In the village, you will find the bakery, the playground, a cheap restaurant and the church.

In the center of Umag we recommend visiting the museum, the aquarium, the cathedral, a walk along the famous Umag Dam, exploring the narrow and interesting alleys of the historic center of Umag, the new square embellished with a fountain, shopping in the shops in the center or visit the stalls and the playground on the waterfront for the joy of the children.
To buy a larger quantity of groceries, we recommend traveling a few kilometers by car to the larger and more convenient supermarkets such as Lidl, Spar, Kaufland or Plodine in Umag.
There are several opportunities for recreation in the Umag area: tennis courts, the 18-hole Adriatic Golf Club, equestrian centers, sports centers for water sports enthusiasts where it is possible to practice water skiing, diving, boat rental, adrenaline park for children and mini golf course in Jangalooz near the Sol Stella Maris holiday village, night clubs, casino, possibility of various boat or coach trips.
The area is full of renowned restaurants, simple restaurants, pizzerias, fast food, bars. Those who want to explore Istria will discover caves, ruins, numerous churches, museums and impressive marinas.
For non-beach days or evenings, we recommend unforgettable trips to the hinterland. The picturesque artists' village Grožnjan has a beautiful terrace from which you can enjoy a magnificent view of the Mirna river valley. Motovun the typical medieval town located on a hill, known for the film festival, which has been held for years at the end of July. Livade, the small town known for the white truffle found in the nearby woods. For lovers of astronomy and wish to admire the sky and the stars, visit the Višnjan Astronomical Center 30 km from Umag by appointment. For cave enthusiasts, visit the small wonderful Baredine cave only 15 km from Umag. Do not miss the opportunity to visit Hum, the smallest city in the world just 60 km from Umag. Also interesting are the cities on the coast such as Pula, Rovinj and Poreč, as well as the Brijuni national park which can also be visited with organized trips. There are organized various "Fish picnic" boat trips, with fish or meat picnics during which you will have the opportunity to visit Rovinj and Poreč or Novigrad. Many tourists are interested in the wonderful day trip to Venice by hydrofoil. For the joy of children, visit the Istralandia water park 20 km from Umag and the Funtana theme park "Dino park", where fun is guaranteed and makes the hearts of young and old beat faster. For gourmets, there are several options for tasting excellent Istrian wines, cheeses, olive oil, typical Istrian prosciutto and much more.

- to declare to the owner any damage caused, that after an accurate assessment of the damage, the owner will request payment of the costs in cash before departure,
- to indicate the expected departure time one day before departure to arrange the delivery of the keys.
