The Elizabeta apartment is located on the ground floor of a family house in a quiet and sunny area. The strong point is the proximity to the supermarket (200 m), bar (100 m), restaurant, playground and city center, all within walking distance.
The nearest beach is at 1600m while the seafront is at 800m.
The fully furnished apartment is ideal for couples who want comfort, privacy and relaxation.

The air-conditioned and comfortable apartment has a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen with dining area, and balcony. The large room with a double bed (160x200), bedside table with night lamp, sofa, armchair, coffee table, wardrobe, flat-screen satellite TV, free Wi-Fi connection, bed linen provided (changed weekly), and exit to the balcony. The bathroom has a shower, sink with cabinet and mirror, bidet, hairdryer, two bath towels per person provided (changed weekly) and toilet. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, two ceramic hobs, a microwave oven, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, mocca, plates, cutlery, glasses and pots, dining table and chairs, exit to the balcony with garden table with two chairs, awning, overlooking the garden and street. The property is fenced with a well-kept garden and offers two parking spaces in front of the house.

The neighborhood is quiet and sunny, made up of private houses embellished with well-kept gardens full of flowers and plants and some buildings. The area has a large park with games for children and teenagers, free outdoor gym equipment and a magnificent lawn. In the area you will find the convenient Ultra supermarket with an adjoining bar, other shops, a bank, a pharmacy, two wine bars, the Paganini casino, and affordable restaurants. This neighborhood is an excellent choice for those who love tranquility and comfort due to its proximity to the center and the seafront, while to reach the beaches, a car or a bicycle is recommended.
The center of Umag is easily reachable on foot in a few minutes.

In the center of Umag, we recommend a visit to the museum, aquarium, church and a walk through the famous Umag breakwater "Diga", exploring the narrow and interesting streets of the old town of Umag, a new square decorated with a fountain, shopping in shops or touring stalls and playgrounds on the waterfront for children.
To purchase a larger amount of groceries, we recommend going to the largest and most affordable supermarkets such as Lidl, Spar, Kaufland, or Plodine in Umag.
The Umag area offers countless opportunities for recreation and leisure: tennis courts, Adriatic Golf Club with 18 holes, equestrian center, sports centers for lovers of water sports such as water skiing, and diving, boat rental, an adrenaline park for children, and minigolf course in Jangaloozo near the tourist resort Sol Stella Maris, slot clubs, casinos, cocktail bars, the possibility of various excursions by boat or bus.

For lovers of astronomy and eager to admire the sky and stars, visit the Astronomical Center Visnjan, 30 km from Umag, with prior notice. For cave lovers, visit the beautiful small cave Baredine just 15 km from Umag. Do not miss the opportunity to visit Hum, the smallest town in the world only 60 km from Umag. - leave dishes empty and wash used cutlery and kitchen utensils,
- report the damage to the owner, which after an accurate assessment of the damage the owner will require payment of costs in cash before departure,
- announce the expected time of departure one day before departure to arrange the return of the keys.
