The apartment is located in a small fishing village Zambratija only 4 km away from the center of Umag. The area is quiet and sunny, full of Mediterranean plants, shrubs, pines and cypresses. The apartment is located on the ground floor of a house with 6 apartments, only 400 m away from the sea with private parking near the house, barbecue and garden available for shared use. The accommodation consists of one bedroom with a double bed 160x200, two bedside tables with night lamps, wardrobe, the second bedroom equipped with two single beds 80x200, which can be joined together, bedside table, night lamp, wardrobe, bed linen is provided (weekly change). The complete bathroom with shower cubicle, sink with cabinet and mirror, toilet, hair dryer and washing machine, two bath towels per person are provided (weekly change). The living room furnished with sofa and flat screen satellite TV, air conditioner, free Wi-fi internet connection available. The dining area equipped with a dining table, two chairs and a bench, the kitchen equipped with dishwasher, electric ceramic hob with 4 hotplates, oven, microwave oven, fridge with freezer area, coffee machine, kettle. The accommodation offers a beautiful veranda where you can spend the evenings with friends. From the veranda a wonderful view of the garden adorned with flowers and plants with a barbcue. The apartment offers everything you need to make your holiday pleasant and relaxing. The restaurant within walking distance 250m, the bakery and bar 400m, the grocery store with an attached bar 600m.

The area is unique for its wonderful, equipped sandy beach ideal for families with children with the possibility of renting deck chairs and umbrellas, easily reachable on foot in a few minutes. Near the beach, the particular Destino beach bar with a wide selection of drinks and fast food, open all day until late in the evening, excellent for spending the evening relaxing while admiring the sea and the wonderful sunsets, enjoying delicious drinks. The small supermarket with the adjacent bar is excellent for having your morning coffee.
Zambratija is made up of private houses and small buildings with well-kept gardens, various restaurants offering typical Istrian menus, fish, pizzerias and fast food. The area offers the possibility of taking walks along the coast or pleasant bike rides. For lovers of natural beaches, there are rocky ones that can be reached in a few minutes.

In the center of Umag we recommend visiting the museum, the aquarium, the cathedral, a walk along the famous Umag Dam, exploring the narrow and interesting alleys of the historic center of Umag, the new square embellished with a fountain, shopping in the shops in the center or visit the stalls and the playground on the waterfront for the joy of the children.
To buy a larger quantity of groceries, we recommend traveling a few kilometers by car to the larger and more convenient supermarkets such as Lidl, Spar, Kaufland or Plodine in Umag.
There are several opportunities for recreation in the Umag area: tennis courts, the 18-hole Adriatic Golf Club, equestrian centers, sports centers for water sports enthusiasts where it is possible to practice water skiing, diving, boat rental, adrenaline park for children and mini golf course in Jangalooz near the Sol Stella Maris holiday village, night clubs, casino, possibility of various boat or coach trips.
The area is full of renowned restaurants, simple restaurants, pizzerias, fast food, bars. Those who want to explore Istria will discover caves, ruins, numerous churches, museums and impressive marinas.
For non-beach days or evenings, we recommend unforgettable trips to the hinterland. The picturesque artists' village Grožnjan has a beautiful terrace from which you can enjoy a magnificent view of the Mirna river valley. Motovun the typical medieval town located on a hill, known for the film festival, which has been held for years at the end of July. Livade, the small town known for the white truffle found in the nearby woods. For lovers of astronomy and wish to admire the sky and the stars, visit the Višnjan Astronomical Center 30 km from Umag by appointment. For cave enthusiasts, visit the small wonderful Baredine cave only 15 km from Umag. Do not miss the opportunity to visit Hum, the smallest city in the world just 60 km from Umag. Also interesting are the cities on the coast such as Pula, Rovinj and Poreč, as well as the Brijuni national park which can also be visited with organized trips. There are organized various "Fish picnic" boat trips, with fish or meat picnics during which you will have the opportunity to visit Rovinj and Poreč or Novigrad. Many tourists are interested in the wonderful day trip to Venice by hydrofoil. For the joy of children, visit the Istralandia water park 20 km from Umag and the Funtana theme park "Dino park", where fun is guaranteed and makes the hearts of young and old beat faster. For gourmets, there are several options for tasting excellent Istrian wines, cheeses, olive oil, typical Istrian prosciutto and much more.

- to leave empty containers and to wash used cutlery and kitchen utensils,
- to declare to the owner any damage caused, that after an accurate assessment of the damage, the owner will request payment of the costs in cash before departure,
- to indicate the expected departure time one day before departure to arrange the delivery of the keys.
