Apartamenty Sun & Snow Residence Polanica-Zdrój

Polanica Residence is a new, modern facility located in a quiet and peaceful area.

The facility has a wellness & spa area - sauna, jacuzzi, relaxation area - guests can use them free of charge. There is a promenade, Zdrojowy Park and numerous cycling and hiking trails nearby.

The apartments have a view of the forest, and those located on the upper floors of the mountains.

The facility is equipped with a lift, all apartments have Internet access, and some apartments have a parking space outside or in the garage (additional fee in winter and summer).

The apartments are equipped with clean linen and towels.

IMPORTANT!
In order to check-in before arrival, it is necessary to complete online formalities, such as: signing an internal rental agreement, paying the remaining rental fee (if only part of it has been paid), cleaning fee, deposit and tourist tax and any additional fees selected by the guest (e.g. parking staying with a dog).

In selected facilities it is possible to enter the apartment using a code to the door or using a key machine, the code will be made available on the day of check-in after completing the formalities. You will receive information on how to collect the keys a few days before your arrival. Where key collection takes place at the local office, please call to arrange key collection (at least 24 hours prior to arrival).

The earliest time to check in to your room is 16:00, the latest to check out of the room is 10:00.
