We offer you a facility located in the heart of the Old Town, near the Motława River. There are many recommendable eateries in the vicinity of the building. A great advantage of the apartment building is the common area of ​​the building - consisting of a playroom for children, a fully equipped gym and a sauna. The use of the zone is included in the price of the apartment.

What distinguishes Nadmotławie is its unique location in the center of Gdańsk, on the banks of the Motława River. The investment is located at ul. Sienna Grobla on the waterfront of the so-called Polskiego Haka, i.e. the mouth of the Motława River to the Martwa Wisła.

This is one of the most prestigious locations in Gdańsk, adjacent to the historic buildings of the Old Town, with direct access to the waters of the Motława River. A few hundred meters from it, there is Marina na Stępce - one of the two marinas located closest to the Old Town of Gdańsk. Nearby you can see, among others: the Museum of the Second World War, the Observation Circle, the Baltic Philharmonic, the Fish Market, the Great Mill, St. John's Gate, and the Church of St. Catherine.

The building is equipped with an underground garage hall (extra charge), which allows cars with a maximum height of 2 meters to enter. The garage hall also allows cars equipped with LPG installations to enter. The number of places in the garage hall is limited, and their availability, unfortunately, is independent.

IMPORTANT!
In order to check-in before arrival, it is necessary to complete online formalities, such as: signing an internal rental agreement, paying the remaining rental fee (if only part of it has been paid), cleaning fee, deposit and tourist tax and any additional fees selected by the guest (e.g. parking staying with a dog).

In selected facilities it is possible to enter the apartment using a code to the door or using a key machine, the code will be made available on the day of check-in after completing the formalities. You will receive information on how to collect the keys a few days before your arrival. Where key collection takes place at the local office, please call to arrange key collection (at least 24 hours prior to arrival).
