In order to check-in before arrival, it is necessary to complete online formalities, such as: signing an internal rental agreement, paying the remaining rental fee (if only part of it has been paid), cleaning fee, deposit and tourist tax and any additional fees selected by the guest (e.g. parking staying with a dog).

In selected facilities it is possible to enter the apartment using a code to the door or using a key machine, the code will be made available on the day of check-in after completing the formalities. You will receive information on how to collect the keys a few days before your arrival. Where key collection takes place at the local office, please call to arrange key collection (at least 24 hours prior to arrival).

We offer you beautiful, spacious apartments located near the Ergo Arena and the Sopot Hippodrome. The estate is new, intimate and fully safe. We guarantee our guests the possibility of comfortable rest. It is an ideal place for families with children and people looking for peace and quiet. A great advantage of the facility is its unique location - access to the beautiful sandy beach takes no more than a few minutes. In addition, the facility is located right next to Sopockie Błonia, which is a great place for a family walk. Behind the building there is a path (made this year) that our guests can reach the beach in the shade of trees.

It is worth emphasizing the unique character of the apartments. From the windows of some of them there is a beautiful view of the Baltic Sea. One of them has a beach garden (the only one in Poland!). Our guests can take a bath in the fresh air thanks to the shower located in the garden. The apartments have been furnished in accordance with the latest standards. They have fully equipped kitchenettes.

Our guests can use the places in the garage hall (extra charge).

The property does not accept pets.

The apartments are equipped with clean linen and towels.

It is possible to borrow a high chair and a baby bath free of charge. We provide a travel cot for an additional fee (PLN 50 for the entire stay).
