"Igaz, hogy a tulajdonos nem tehet róla, de a szomszédban lévő építkezés zaja eléggé zavart. Nem kellemes reggel 7-kor a szögbelövő zajára ébredni minden nap."

Megértem vendégünk panaszát az építkezési zajjal kapcsolatban. Sajnos egy olyan időszakot „fogtak ki”, amikor a szerkezetépítő ilyen zajos tevékenységet végzett. Az előző vendég nem jelentett hasonló problémát. Írásban panaszt tettem az önkormányzatnál, hogy tiltsák meg a reggeli zajkeltést.

"A berendezés rendkívül elavult. Kényelmetlen székek, megfelelő számú kerti bútor hiánya, hálószobákban nincsenek olvasólámpák. Légkondi hiánya. Elavult, nehezen nyitható nyílászárók. A legnagyobb probléma azonban az volt, hogy egy hatalmas építkezés ment szemben. Minden nap reggel 7-8 órától hatalmas hangzavar ( járda bontás, útépítés stb.). Az utca is többször le volt zárva, úgy engedtek át a munkások a lezáró szalagnál. Gyakorlatilag úgy éreztük, hogy egy építési területen nyaralhatunk jelentős összegért. Hiába jeleztük a szállásadónak az építkezés problémáját, szerinte megfelelően teljesített."

Őszintén sajnáljuk, hogy az utca túloldalán folyó, gyakorlatilag befejezett építkezésről zaj hallatszott ki. Azért ért váratlanul a vendég jelzése, mert az előző vendég sem jelentett hasonlót, és mi sem tapasztaltunk különösebb zajt 2 héttel korábban. Próbáltunk intézkedni a Polgármesteri Hivatalban, de azt a választ kaptuk, hogy a csendrendeletet az építkezés betartja, így nem tudnak mit tenni.
Felelősséget egy tőlünk független építkezésért sajnos mi sem tudunk vállalni.

A ház felszereltségéről a leírás és a fotók egyértelműen árulkodnak, ezért különös utólag a légkondi vagy az olvasó lámpa hiányát felróni, a nyílászárókat kifogásolni. A stílus szándékoltan a 60-as éveket idézi. Természetesen lehetne a házat extrákkal felszerelni, de ebben az esetben a jelenlegi bérleti díj nem lenne tartható.

Köszönünk minden észrevételt és visszajelzést, igyekszünk a színvonalat fejleszteni, a hiányosságokat pótolni. Szerencsére az utca túloldalán lévő építkezés gyakorlatilag befejeződött, reményeink szerint több problémát már nem fog okozni.

Elnézést kérünk a kialakult kellemetlenségért.
