The holiday house is 2km away from Hévíz, in a quiet suburban neighborhood located in the thermal lake ca. 3km away. Two storey cottage to our customers: the lower level with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, toilet, upstairs 2 bedroom space, living room, one kitchen, bathroom, toilet.

"Sajnos semmilyen"

"A felső szinten poloskák voltak,nem volt egy normális presszó kávéfőző. És az edények is koszosak voltak ,pókháló sok helyen,öreg szag a régi bútor miatt,ráférne már egy bútor csere.Igéretet kaptunk hogy hoznak normális kávéfőzőt és nem hozták.Érkezéskor a nagy kuka tele szeméttel,igénytelenség."

Accommodation's reply:

Köszönjük az észrevételt, sajnos 4400ft/fő árért nem tudunk naponta takarítani. Egy ilyen szőlőhegyvidéki nyaralóházban néha lehet poloskával és pókkal találkozni és a kukások sem járnak minden nap. Kávéfőzőt pótóltuk, bútorok cserélődnek folyamatosan.

"A bejárati ajtó redőnye lecsúszott se le se fel ez késő este. Egy telefon fél 10 kor hogy mi a baj. Másnap reggel már ott is volt a szaki és megoldotta a problémát"
