The ground floor consists ofs two bedrooms, a living room with an open-plan kitchen, a bathroom and a toilet.
The upper floor has 3 rooms, a kitchen and a bathroom.
Outside: terrace with garden furniture, large enclosed, lawned and flowery garden with trees, parking in the yard.
In the yard: In the pavilion: hammock, beer bench; sandbox and garden swing for the kids.
Outdoor cooking in a cauldron, on a harrow disc or on a grill is possible.
Sports lovers can also play table tennis.
