The new apartments were built in a unique area - full of historic tenement houses, right on the banks of the Nowa Motława River, near the Granary Island. The investment also has a green patio. In just a few minutes you will be able to reach the Golden Gate, the Artus Court or the Neptune Fountain. Nearby there is a wide range of dining options - restaurants and bars.

Riverfront apartments have kitchenettes, which allows you to prepare your own meal.

IMPORTANT!
In order to check-in before arrival, it is necessary to complete online formalities, such as: signing an internal rental agreement, paying the remaining rental fee (if only part of it has been paid), cleaning fee, deposit and tourist tax and any additional fees selected by the guest (e.g. parking staying with a dog).

In selected facilities it is possible to enter the apartment using a code to the door or using a key machine, the code will be made available on the day of check-in after completing the formalities. You will receive information on how to collect the keys a few days before your arrival. Where key collection takes place at the local office, please contact us by phone to arrange key collection (at least 24 hours prior to arrival).
