Rules of conduct

Checking-in/checking-out: As there is no 24-hour reception available in the house, guests can only arrive on the first day of their stay between 3 pm and 8 pm (15:00-20:00), and must leave the house on the day of departure until 10 am.
Payment: The cost of the house includes: accommodation, maintenance costs, changing the bedcovers weekly (in case you are staying for more than a week), dishwasher liquid, sponge. An extra cost is the Local Tourist Tax ( 1,25EUR/Person/Night ) that guests are required to pay on the day of arrival in cash.
Closing the house: At night and whenever you leave the house, we are asking you to lock the house and the gate as well. In case you lose the keys, you are required to tell the owners immediately, and pay the price of the new keys and of the changing of the locks.
Smoking: There is NO SMOKING in the house! In the yard you can smoke at the given places. We are asking our smoking guests to put out the cigarette stubs and put them in the garbage bins, and not leave them scattered around in the garden.
Furniture and appliances in the house: We are asking our guests to use all furniture and appliances as supposed, always paying attention to safety and fire regulations! You are not allowed to take furniture or appliances out of the house or reorganize them inside! We inspect all the rooms both on arrival and departure. Any damage caused to them must be compensated by the guests on the spot!
Cleaning: All rooms are cleaned by the time of arrival. In case you are staying for more than 7 days, we change bedcovers weekly. In case you have further requests, they can be fulfilled for extra price.
Kitchen rules: The house includes a well-equipped kitchen with an induction gas cooker, and a grill working with charcoal in the garden. It is a self-catering apartment; we do not provide any meals. We are asking you to do the washing-up right after eating so as not to attract any insects. For an extra cost we can provide you with charcoal.
Using the playground: There is a small playground for children in the garden. Children are only allowed to use this playground under the supervision of an adult! The adult should take responsibility for any accidents or injuries!
For the sake of serenity: As the house is located in a residential area, guests are required not to disturb the neighbors with loud music or noises between 10 pm and 7 am (22:00-7:00).
Other rules: The owners do not take responsibility or pay compensation for any damage or accidents caused by factors beyond their power (e.g., natural disasters, hail, fire, power cuts, etc.). We also do not take responsibility for any personal items or valuables left in the house after departure.
Nobody under 18 is allowed to drink alcohol in the house!
If you have any problems during your stay, please contact the owner immediately!
In case of a fire, please use the fire extinguisher placed in the house and call the fire department immediately (112)!
When you finish your stay, please give the house keys back to the owner!
The owner reserves the right to cancel your booking if you do not keep these written rules of conduct!
Only our guests be in the apartman. Please other people don’t go inside.
