Gyöngy Apartman Pécs

The Gyöngy Apartman awaits its non-smoking guests on the ground floor of a 3-story building in Jókai Street in downtown Pécs.
The bus station and the train station are both 5 minutes away. The center of Pécs is Széchenyi tér, a 7-minute walk away.
From the local bus stop, which is also a 5-minute walk away, the famous parts of Pécs can be reached in 15-20 minutes.

The apartment is 40 m2. It can be divided into a bedroom, a bathroom with a shower cabin, a separate toilet, and a kitchen.
The bedroom has a 160x200 cm double bed with a bent wooden bed frame, an 18 cm medium-hard foam mattress, and an 80x190 cm sofa bed.
Next to the double bed, there is 1 bedside table and a wardrobe. Heating is provided by inverter cooling/heating air conditioning and gas boiler radiators.
The kitchen is well equipped with cutlery, crockery, refrigerator, induction stove, convection oven. A microwave, kettle, toaster, traditional coffee maker and tea filter ensure the guests' comfort. Internet at a speed of 1000 Mbit/s is available at the accommodation.

Parking on the street is possible for a fee. Chargeable period Mon-Fri 8am-5pm and Sat 7am-1pm.
It is possible for free in the former Domus parking lot, which is approximately 400 m from the apartment.

I would like to inform you that from September 1, 2021, the accommodation service provider is obliged to scan the identification documents of the arriving guests, so please make sure that they are available.
