"Gradina restaurantului este foarte frumos amenajata. De asemenea mancarea este buna, iar ospatarii si chelnerii sunt foarte atenti si amabli."

"Din pacate am avut o experienta extrem de neplacuta. Eu am rezervat cazare pentru 3 adulti, iar desi in rezervare scrie ca dispune de 2 dormitoare . De fapt camera in care am fost cazata poate gazdui doar 2 adulti si un copil. Nu exista usi separatoare, de fapt este o caemra care dispune de 2 paturi unul matrimonila ( 2 persoane) si un pat single. Patul de 1 persoana este amplasat sub o cornisa. astfel ca un adult nu poate sta in picioare nu are noptiera, cuier sau macar un scaun. Desi in oferta este prezentat ca are semineu, in fapt acesta este nefunctional.Personalul de la receptie este neprietenos iar cele doua angajate din data de 26 mai extrem de nepoliticoase si obraznice. Nu au condica de reclamatie, si am intampinat ostilitate cand am dorit sa depun o cerere si sa o inregistreze. In fapt au pus doar stampila pe cerere si au trecut cu pixul lipsurile constatate. De luat aminte pentru alti turisti, acesta unitate functioneaza fara autorizatie de securitate la incendiu. Au negat ca este adevarat, desi la intrarea in Hotel este placa mare afisata cu faptul ca nu detin autorizatie. Un mare minus este si faptul ca nu se respecta orele de pastrare a linistiii. Sambata 25 mai pana la orele 15.30 un angajat al hotelului a taiat cu drujba intr-o veselie... perfect pentru un somn linistit... cine se poate odihni pe o asmenea muzica. din pacate am fost cazata la etajul 3 exact pe partea cu lemnele si drujba cu pricina... dar oricum se auzea pe tot platoul Cioplea acest sunet minunat. Poate ca a fost doar o intamplare nefericita, dar am tinut sa scriu aceste randuri, pentru a nu avea aceesi experienta si alti posibili turisti. Pacat de locatie. si aceasta experienat mi-a adus aminte din nou ca din pacate avem o tara frumoasa... dar mai este mult de lucru la capitolul personal, respect si atitudinea fata de oameni."
